1. To ensure zero number of major incidents, occupational illness or fatalities
2. To ensure all requirements and practices is maintained at an excellent level (90%)
3. To respond to all emergency calls at all time (24 hours)
4. To prevent fire, explosion or chemical and property damage at all time
